Ingredients 사과 6개 Apple 6 설탕 70g Sugar 70g 레몬 1개 즙 Lemon(Lemon juice) 전분 10g Cornstarch 10g 시나몬 Cinnamon Powder 계란 4개 Eggs 4 소금 한 스푼 Salt 1 teaspoon 설탕 80g Sugar 80g 식물성 기름 40ml. Vegetable Oil 40ml 밀가루 100g Flour 100g 베이킹 효모 5g. Baking Powder 5g 바닐라 설탕 8g. Varnilla extract 호두 50g. Walnuts 50g 마스카포네 Marscarpone 250g. 휘핑크림 150ml. Whipped Cream 150ml
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). line a parchment paper on the bottom of a 8-inch (20cm) springform pan and grease the parchment.

1. Apple filling : Cut apples into little pieces. Add sugar and lemo and Stir nicely. Cook them with medium heat. Add Cinnamon, Cornstarch, pinch of Salt.
2.Cake batter : In a Mixing Bowl, Beat the egg whites with sugar powder and add egg york one by one. Add flour, baking powder, sugar and stir nicely.
3. Spread Apple filling, and pour the cake batter over the pilling in the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle walnuts(chopped).
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.(180C)
5.Remove and roll. Once you take the cake out of the oven, quickly flip the cake onto a slightly damp kitchen towel that is larger than the cake on your work surface. Peel off the parchment paper. Begin to roll the cake tightly with the kitchen towel starting with the short side of the cake. Do this very slowly and very gently. Allow the cake to cool completely rolled up in the towel.
6.Make the whipped cream. Using an electric mixer or your stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until medium to stiff peaks form.
7. Assemble. When the cake has cooled completely, gently unroll the cake and trim the edges. Spread the whipped cream evenly on top using a rubber spatula leaving about ½ inch border around the edges. Gently roll the cake back up without the towel. Tightly wrap the cake with plastic wrap and chill the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then garnish, slice, and serve!
